Because demand for the Medicaid Practice Program™ is high, early registration is recommended to ensure you’ll have a place in the next program. As soon as your registration is processed, we will send you your confirmation. If for any reason you don’t receive your confirmation prior to the program, don’t worry – just show up. We’ll be expecting you!

Tuition.
Tuition for the 1 year program is $15,000 plus a $195 materials fee for each of the three sessions. Your tuition is tax-deductible, as are other continuing education expenses incurred to maintain and improve professional skills, including registration fees, travel, meals, and lodging.*

Cancellations & Substitutions.

Cancellations received up to ten working days before the program are refundable, minus a 2% service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire program fee, which you may apply toward a future program, as available. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time available.

If at the end of the first day of class you are not completely satisfied that the Medicaid Practice Program™ will help you accomplish all you intended it to, simply return all the materials and a refund will be granted. IF YOU RETAIN THE MATERIALS AND LEAVE THE PROGRAM SITE AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROGRAM WILL HELP YOU ACCOMPLISH WHAT YOU INTENDED IT TO AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO THE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.
