The Program.
Designed by MPS President David J. Zumpano, a practicing Medicaid and Estate Planning Attorney, the Medicaid Practice Program™ is a comprehensive results-oriented program designed to provide the equivalent of four years of Medicaid planning experience in four months. It teaches participants the Federal Medicaid rules (found in 42 U.S.C. 1396, but the states have the right to interpret how they implement the federal rules) and how to successfully market a Medicaid planning practice in their community.
